Terms of use
Plain English on purpose. These draft terms cover the Growth Engine preview site and its Launch Pack fit-request route. They get a final legal review before launch.
What this site is
A preview of Growth Engine, a productised marketing service. Everything on it is draft copy, marked as draft, published so you can inspect the product before you decide anything. The product pages describe the intended founding scope without publishing a price. A site visit or form submission does not create a contract and is not professional advice.
The fit request
Submitting the form asks a human to assess whether the Launch Pack fits your brand. It is not a contract, carries no fee and starts no work. If it fits, scope, timing, price and the terms that govern the service are confirmed separately before either side commits. We may decline a request that does not fit.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and leave it working for the next person. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with it, and do not put false information, private third-party material or someone else's email address into the form.
Our content
The words, design, and code on this site belong to Growth Engine. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it briefly with attribution. Do not republish it wholesale without asking us first.
Liability, kept plain
The site is provided as it is, a draft preview. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on preview content or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability the law says cannot be limited, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
These are draft terms and they may change before launch. The version on this page is always the current preview. Any future paid service uses the exact retained Terms revision shown to the buyer before payment; a draft page cannot authorize checkout.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any consumer protection your local law gives you.
